About

I’m Aimee, pleased to meet you. I like punk, politics, ecology, folk, DIY, zines,  and being a mental teenager growing up in the belly of the capitalist beast. Enjoy!

do you really know what genii cucullati are if you do you would be offending people(which you are) who belive and grew up up with irish storys and worshiping of our gods

  2. I’m sorry that you’re offended, as that obviously wasn’t my intention. However, if you think that genii cucullati refers to one specific deity, you’re wrong. It has multiple interpretations. If you think it originates specifically from Ireland, you’re also wrong. The majority of depictions of them are from central Europe, not Ireland. And the term ‘genii cucullati’ is obviously Latin, not Gaelic. That doesn’t mean that you can’t believe or think whatever you like about them – as long as you respect my right to do the same. I really didn’t mean to offend you, but the idea that anyone has a monopoly on these concepts kind of offends me.

In response to both of you: words with more vowels than consonants kind of offend me.
